Our Signature class, designed for all levels. Pilates will strengthen your deeper core muscles, increase your flexibility & improve your Posture.
A beautiful blend of Pilates, Yoga & Barre exercises. Incorporating hand weights, small balls, mat-work & the Barre to tone & reshape your body. Be prepared to get sweaty & feel the burn. Dance experience is NOT necessary & Barre is suitable for all levels.
A fusion of Pilates & Yoga. A mindful flow to tone & stretch your whole body. Ending with a beautiful Savasana to unwind and relax.
Our favourite class of the week! The perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga & Stretching to unwind from your busy week & flow into the weekend.
Enjoy a glass of bubbles after the 5PM class.
Private sessions can be held in the studio at Berkeley Vale (maximum of 3 participants) or in the privacy of your own home (maximum 5 participants).
